Yay, it's Annie Intelligence from Multiverse Crisis MUSH! And her Cyndaquil, Andyquil!
The pose for Annie is based on ~Airusa-Chan's OC's 7-year-old design- I changed the left arm a bit, and of course redrew it by hand rather than copying it from the computer file. Andyquil is all mine though.
One of my favorite things about this is that I actually calculated out how tall Andyquil should be in relation to Annie and tried to make them match up- Cyndaquil is 1'8'' and Annie is 3'11''.
